How do I start or stop water service?

Stop by or Call the District office at (503) 654 7765 to give us information needed in setting up a new account. or
Let us know when you would like your meter read for a final billing.

How can I detect a leak?

First, turn off all water inside and outside your home. Then check your water meter. If the sweep hand or leak detector show movement, you may have a leak. Slow leaks are more difficult to detect.
For assistance in checking for a leak, please call the District office.

Where does my water come from?

The Oak Lodge Water District is fortunate to have a reliable high quality water source, the Clackamas River. Drinking water for Oak Lodge customers is produced by two methods: Mainly slow sand filtration and direct filtration.

How am I billed for my water?

The water you use is measured in 100 cubic feet (ccf) increments. Customers are charged a base charge depending on meter size plus a consumption charge based on the meter reading. The District bills its 3/4" meters (most residential customers) bimonthly. 1" or larger meters are billed monthly.
Note: (100 cubic feet or 1ccf = 748 gallons)

Where can I find my water meter?

Your water meter is typically located in front of your home near the street. There are some exceptions. For assistance in locating your meter, please call the District office.

What options are available for paying my bill?

The District offers three options for paying your water bill:

1.  You can mail your payment to:

2.  You can come into the office to pay in person by cash, check or money order. For your convenience there also is a payment drop box located to the left side of the front door.

3.  You can use our direct payment plan to have your payment transferred automatically from your bank account. To sign up for this program, please call or come into the office to fill out the enrollment form. For more information on the direct payment plan, please call the district office.
